 What size should I order? Please see our sizing guide for more details and suggestions for fit. Our sizes range from XS- 4XL for various styles. Our shirts range from Unisex Tees, Women's hoodies and fleece Unisex and ,The tees and fleece hoodies are unisex which means they run larger. Women should order one size down from their regular size for a slimmer fit. All customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. All figures and sizes are different. 

Where do you ship from?  MARYLAND 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Normal processing/shipping time is 5-7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information. 

Do you offer package tracking? Yes. We will provide you with the tracking details once your package is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping is usually handled by USPS & UPS. Please allow 3-5 days for your items to reach you once shipped. Note* USPS continues to experience some delays due to the COVID-19. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges? Our items are made to order. We do not keep an inventory, so it is made with love just for you, upon purchase. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. Due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Contact us directly for exchange request at . In the subject line type 'Exchange Request' and within the email please include your order number and photo of item.

Are there any specific care instructions? Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

  • Washing: Wash inside out.
  • Ironing: Iron inside-out on the lowest setting. DO NOT IRON the design.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry(best option).
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Do you offer a variety t-shirt colors? All shirt colors that are listed in the store are currently the colors we offer. Subscribe to our email list to be notified when new colors become available. 

What brand shirts do you print on?  Our goal is to always provide high quality shirts, 100%cotton These shirts are great for gym or street wear. Shirts are true to size based on our sizing chart.

Do you offer coupons or discounts? Sign up for our mailing list receive a discount codes. You will then be notified of all new sales and promos that we will offer. Discounts can and will not be applied to a previous purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase and must be applied at time of purchase. This means that once your order has been processed no discount codes can be applied.

What forms of payment do you accept? All major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are excepted through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thepositivegirlclothing@gmail.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

 

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
