WHY I STARTED
Positive Girl & Company was born out of adversity, driven by my personal journey of resilience and faith. My name is Latoya, and I'm a mother of two beautiful girls from the DMV area. In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, I faced a life-altering injury, fracturing my leg and ankle in multiple places. This ordeal tested my faith and required me to relearn how to walk, a journey filled with uncertainty and struggle.
Throughout this healing process, I remained determined to stay positive and resilient. It was during these trying times that the vision for Positive Girl & Company took shape. I founded this brand as a beacon of hope and positivity, not just for myself but for others facing their own challenges.
